We provide Free versions (limited functionality) or Trial versions (14-day limit) of all our products downloadable directly from http://www.4team.biz and the product websites.

Option 1

Buy the 4Team CD or USB drive. You can order the CD by clicking here and USB drive by clicking here. They include all the products trial setup files. You can use this CD or USB drive for backup and reinstallation purposes after you buy one of our products.

Option 2

Download the Free or Trial version from our website.

1. From the Product website enter your e-mail address, click Download now and follow the instructions.

2. From https://www.4team.biz/Downloads.aspx find the product you wish to download in the product list and click the “Download” button. The download will start automatically.

! Important:
After downloading, we will send you the installation instructions via email, please read them carefully.

Click Buy on the Product website top menu.

Choose the product license, consider upgrade and delivery options you want to buy .
Enter the number of licenses you require. Please select CD or USB Flash Drive, if needed Otherwise, the default delivery method (Download) will be used.

Step 2
Click "Add to Cart".

Step 3
You will now be transferred to 4Team Store. Here, you can see your Shopping Cart with recently selected items and the total amount. If you are eligible for any discount, please enter your Promo Code in the appropriate field. Please consider the products in the "Frequently Bought Together" Section, significantly discounted, if bought together with your shopping cart items.

Step 4
Click "Check Out".

Step 5: Sign Up/Sign In
You will be asked to sign up or sign in. If you are a new customer please enter your e-mail address and provide other required information; if you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password. Click "Sign In"

Step 6: Payment Information.
Select the type of payment method you prefer.
To pay with a Credit/Debit Card, fill out or check your Billing Address and Credit/Debit Card Information.
Click "Continue".
To pay through PayPal, follow the screen instructions.

Step 7: Verify / Place Order (Credit Card, Debit Cart, Check or Money Order by mail, P.O., Wire Transfer)
Please verify the provided information. If the information is incorrect, click "Change".
Click the "Place Order" button. Complete your payment details and click the "Proceed" button (for credit card payment). For other types of payments follow the screen instructions.

Step 8: Receipt
Here you can print your Invoice, access your Activation Code, download products link, and additional instructions.

You can buy additional licenses using "Reorder" from "My Account" or buy it from the website using your account information.

Reorder Steps:

  • Use the "Buy now" link available at the product website and follow the regular purchasing process.
  • If you have any discount Promo Code, enter it in the Shopping Cart prior to checking out.
  • Click the "Check Out" button and follow the instructions.

1. Add your product to the Shopping Cart on the product "Buy" page by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

2. While in the Shopping Cart, enter your Promo Code and click the "Apply" button. The Discount will appear in the shopping cart product list.

3. Click the "Check Out" button.

One software license is required per single user account, per one computer (PC workstation or server).

Every license or upgrade includes: 1 year of free updates and free support via e-mail and Live Help.

License policy explanation:

  • As long as a license is used on the computer where it was installed, the license will never expire.
  • If you need to transfer your license to another computer or user account, we can reset it for you if you contact our sales support via e-mail or LiveHelp (Chat) service.
  • A license can be transferred (reset) 3 times during the year after the purchase date (support period).
  • A license cannot be transferred if it has expired for technical support and product updates, as the license transfer is considered to be a support case. You will need to purchase the product upgrade if you want us to reset the license that expired.

Please note:

  • Reinstallation (crash) of the operating system is considered to be a creation of a new user account.
  • Every user account on every separate computer that participates in sharing requires an individual license.

For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CCID/CVV. The CCID/CVV is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Card.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. It is the three-digit number following the credit card number.
American Express: On the front of the card. Enter the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number.

Using your credit card/debit card to purchase products from the 4Team Corporation Web sites (www.4team.biz and www.4TeamStore.com) is a secure process. Your personal information and credit card details are secured before they leave your computer and therefore cannot be read as they are sent to us via the Internet. Your credit card information is not stored with us. All credit card processing is done via PayPal .

You can pay for your order by bank transfer or check written in English and in US Dollars.

Send us your NPO-statement of tax exemption by fax or an email and indicate the name of the actual purchaser and his/her email address, where we can send the Promo Code that will generate the discount.

The tax applied to your order may vary according to a number of factors: these include your address, the registration / delivery address for your product(s), exempt status, etc... Where applicable, tax is calculated and rounded at a per-unit level.

Customers Who Reside in the Americas (including USA)
If a product is delivered within the state of Florida, USA, unless you are exempt, you will be charged sales tax at the current applicable rate on that item. 4Team Corporation does not collect Sales or Use Tax for other states and, where state law requires, you may have to self-assess and report Use Tax on products purchased from us.

Customers Who Do Not Reside in the Americas (including USA)
4Team Corporation does not collect Sales or VAT Tax, where law requires, you may have to self-assess and report Tax on products purchased from us. Orders delivered to other countries outside the United States, do not have to pay VAT or Sales Tax.

The tax treatment is correct at January 2013 and is subject to modifications as and when tax legislation and rates change.
